Manfred Fritsch – Your host

It is more than twenty years ago since I visited this part of France for the first time and was fascinated by its wealth of history, harmonious countryside, the culinary delights and kindness of the local people – in short, a region of France that is as French as you will ever find.
On my second visit in 1988, I spontaneously fell in love with the property which had not been lived in for eight years. In the years that followed, renovation took place and on completion of two Suites and one double room Deluxe, a dream came true.

I am a native Austrian from the mountainous region of Vorarlberg. Prior to my last position as Hotel Manager, I was able to gain experience in international hotels.

I speak German, English and French.

With my experience and my knowledge of the region I would be happy to make your holidays in France a most delightful experience.

The new family member – CHARLIE
Charlie, my little golden doodle girlie, has been my loyal companion now for more than one year. Full of personality, playful and full of the joys of life, she welcomes all new guests and is pleased to meet other dog friends to romp about on the lawn.
